Title of Proposal:
"It's not over untill Buddha sings"
Logline:

The Story:

The world is in a state of disrepair. There is more violence, aggression and uncertainty than ever before. From complex macrocosm levels of nations versus nations zealously guarding and coveting each other’s lands, slaughtering and decimating boundaries and territories, children and life, to individuals starving and rotting away from viruses and diseases, dying to find love and to be loved. Hundreds of millions of people searching for an answer, an antidote to the savage and merciless hell of a computer-driven, terrorist-ridden, global-deadened, ozone-depleted, polluted, decayed and cancer-pocked out of control world heading for oblivion.

An idiosyncratic story about the fear of the unknown and the power of one. A story about the Buddha within all of us and the mystical connection of Buddhist philosophy and Aboriginal mysticism.

Is Buddhism a natural progression from thousands of years of Aboriginal thinking, tradition and legend and do they both have enough power to heal a terminally ill world?
