The Story:

A cross-cultural comedy drama where a young educated Indian man, Vikram, comes back from studying in America to find that his family have pre-arranged a marriage with the Indian girl next door. However, Vikram, has ideas of his own. He is secretly in love with another girl. The problem is that she is Chinese.

Written by Peter Moss, OBE, the script is a very funny insight into what happens when two cultures collide. In this case, the extreme contrasts of family traditions in China and India are brought to the fore and what follows is a hilarious romp of misunderstandings and opinions and beliefs and how these misguided prejudices finally give way to love.
